Ordinarily Available Provision is the everyday support and adaptive teaching that all mainstream settings are expected to provide for children and young people, including those with SEND.
Our Graduated Response (or approach) is a structured, cyclical Assess-Plan-Do-Review (APDR) cycle used to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by gradually increasing specialist help as needed, ensuring support matches the individual's needs to remove learning barriers and help them reach their potential. It starts with universal, high-quality teaching and moves to targeted, specialist, and highly specialist interventions, with constant review to see if support is working or needs adjustment.
Below is our Ordinarily Available Provision at Homer as part of Graduated Response this details universal and targeted support offered to pupils in each area of need.
