Partnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in School - Parent Participation Session
This session is aimed at Parent Carers who have a child with SEND, although we welcome ALL parents who have a child attending this school.
Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) is a national pilot aimed at improving the support for neurodivergent children in mainstream primary schools. It takes a whole school approach that fosters a culture of inclusion that benefits all pupils.
SEND Voices RBWM warmly invites you to a Parent Participation Session at your child’s school. This is an opportunity for you to connect, share experiences and collaborate on strategies to improve inclusion and support for you and your child.
We aim to:
- Provide a safe supportive space for parents and carers to share experiences of what is working well and what could be better;
- Review the results of the PINS Parent Survey;
- Identify the key changes that will have the greatest impact for neurodivergent children at your school.
Who should attend?
This session is aimed at parent carers of children with neurodivergent needs including dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism, ADHD, Tourette's, learning disabilities, developmental language disorder and mental health needs. No diagnosis is needed.
We welcome ALL parents of children at the school to join the conversation. Your voice is vital and united, you can create a truly inclusive community.
