My name is Mrs Knowles and I am one of the Nursery teachers at Homer First School. I teach on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and share Rubies Class with Miss Thomas who works Monday and Tuesday. I have been at Homer for 8 years and really enjoy working with the youngest children. I am looking forward to getting to know you and your child as they begin their learning journey with us and helping them to settle in and grow in confidence. When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with friends and family, walking my dog and going to the seaside. I like cooking and baking and enjoy reading and I am in a book club.
Hello, my name is Mrs Bond. I am the teaching assistant in Rubies. When I'm not in school I enjoy arts and crafts and shopping. I have been here at Homer for nine years and I absolutely love it! As well as being a TA, I am also trained in emotional support which is very rewarding. I am looking forward to a wonderful year with the children.
